 Fuel Availability

The majority of fuels are stocked at our premises in both 20 litre and 200 litre containers. Due to constraints on the volume of fuels we can store, we as a general rule, only hold minimal levels of 200 Litre containers. Premium Dealer Stockists will also hold minimun qauntities of fuels, but best to ring in advance to ensure they have enough to supply you.

We recomend for customers looking to purchase 200 Litre volumes, to pre book there fuel at least 2 weeks in advance for all Petrol Fuels. Fuels are imported into Western Australia on an average of every two weeks, enabling us to keep a steady supply. 

The exception to this is Coogee Methanol, which is available from large stocks in Kwinana and are topped up weekly.

 Delivery Options

RPW Service Centre / Race Fuels WA provide three options for fuel delivery.

(1) A weekly delivery service for the Perth Metropoliton area. This service is provided every Thursday and requires all orders to be placed by the Wednesday lunch time. A flat delivery fee of $17.50 is charged per order (Not qauntity based). This service is only for deliveries to the Metropoliton area, race tracks (Organised in advance), and some outer Perth Suburbs. 

(2) Priority Services via Foxnet Taxi Trucks is available for immediet deliveries for Perth Metropoliton Area's only. Charges vary between $30 - $40, pricing is based upon location. Qauntites are limited to maximun of 400 Litres of fuel at any one time. This is the only service available for 200 Litre qauntites outside of our normal delivery service. 

(3) Next day delivery via Fastnet Couriers. This service is available for both Perth Metropoliton Areas as well as outer suburbs, including Rockingham and Mandurah. Other country areas may also be availble - contact us for more information on this. Charges are $17.50 per 20 litre drum. This option is only available for 20 litre capacities only.

Deliveries to the Perth Motorplex, Barbagallo Raceway, AHG Driving Centre and other smaller race tracks can also be arranged without any issues for interstate customers.

For customers wishing to use there own freight company for interstate deliveries, example Albany, Collie etc, simply provide freight company details to us and we can organise it in advance. 

 Payment Options

Payments for fuels can be made in the following options

1. Credit Card Payments at our location in Osborne Park (Note credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge)
2. EFTPOS / Cheque / Cash Payment at our location in Osborne Park. 
3. Bank Transfer directly to our bank acount.
4. Cheque / Cash Payment at time of delivery

Sorry we do not accept credit card payments over the telephone from anyone except under special circumstances to be arranged prior to delivery.
